Vlora Ademi is vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Northwest Macedonia. Despite the daily hustle and bustle, she loves to make small and meaningful changes by showcasing her own entrepreneurial story in IT and fighting for more gender diversity in IT and entrepreneurship.

She has 17+ years of successful and outstanding international, regional & local experience: business development management, strategy leadership, and IT and project management in various industries. Of which 10 years experience at Microsoft as Education Regional Manager.

Whether as Board of Director of established companies or in my role as CEO in various start-ups – I have always been in the project business. Digital transformation with teamscout AG in the nearshoring sector is not just a project, it is more an entrepreneurial path, just under different signs and with different requirements.

Dealing with topics such as entrepreneurship, social media, new technologies or leadership is my passion – is my job!
